Check how your mind and body are doing now with the MHLW "Brief Job Stress Questionnaire". Scoring happens inside your own device. Your result is saved only if you choose to save it, at a secret URL that only you know.

• We do not identify you: You do not enter your name, email, or employee number. We do not save your answers linked to your IP address.
• Based on the government questionnaire: We use the questionnaire published by the MHLW (including translated versions) without changing the wording.
